POTATO AND BEEF LOAF 
4 c. sliced potatoes
Chopped onion or onion salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. catsup
1 lb. ground beef

Spread potatoes in greased casserole. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add onion or onion salt. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over raw potatoes. Decorate top with catsup. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until potatoes are tender. Mushroom soup may be substituted for milk.
