1/2 lb. ground round steak
3/4 lb. ground smoked ham

Ground meat separately and then together. Mix with 3 tablespoons flour. 1 c. milk 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tbsp. whole cloves

Break bread and soak in milk, add egg and mustard. Add this to meat mixture. Blend well. Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom of loaf pan and sprinkle with whole cloves. Place meat firmly on top of this. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6. Very good cold.
