ORANGE-CRANBERRY TURKEY SLICES 
1 lb. cooked turkey breast slices
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. cranberries
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. chopped scallions

Sprinkle the turkey with pepper. Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Brown the turkey in butter 2 to 3 minutes per side. Set aside.

Add sugar, orange juice and cranberries to the skillet; cook until cranberries pop, about 5 minutes. Stir in raisins, scallions, heat through. Spoon over turkey. Serves 6.
