1 c. cornmeal (yellow)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 fresh jalapeno, chopped
1/2 lg. onion, minced
1 can cream style corn

Mix all ingredients together when all dry ingredients are mixed together. When ready to fry mix in corn (not before). If you mix corn in too soon they will become too watery.
