40 MINUTE DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. milk (warm)
2 pkgs. yeast
1/3 c. sugar

Mix in large bowl. Add: 1/3 c. oil 2 beaten eggs 4 more c. flour 2 tsp. salt

Mix well and knead until not sticky. (I add the last cup flour on bread board in the kneading.)

Put in greased bowl and cover. Set for 40 minutes. Turn out on board again and knead 25 times. Pound out by hand. Make or cut rolls in pan. Will make 2 dozen rolls or 2 loaves of bread. Let rise another 40 minutes in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
