KENTUCKY HOT BROWNS 
Fry until crisp 1/2 pound bacon. Toast 6-8 slices of bread. Slice tomatoes to make 6-8 slices. Warm slices of turkey or chicken to make 6-8 servings. Combine in saucepan:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Heat until cheese melts. Place toast in bottom of baking pan. Place sliced turkey or sliced chicken on toast. Cover with a layer of tomatoes and a layer of bacon. Then pour cheese sauce over all. Broil until hot.
