GREEN PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas, defrosted
1 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 c. scallions, cut fine
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Salt to taste. Chill thoroughly. Serves 8.
