SHRIMP AND GREEN PEA SALAD 
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet peas
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans sm. cooked shrimp
6 chopped boiled eggs
1 1/2 bunches chopped green onion
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash salt & pepper
2 c. mayonnaise or to desired consistency
Dash of garlic powder (opt.)

Mix well first 6 ingredients. Add mayonnaise. Chill before serving. For more shrimp flavor add only 1 can of sweet peas instead of 2 and less eggs.
