HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 c. self-rising flour
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. cooked ham, diced
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces (drained)
1/3 c. onions (chopped)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli, cooked, or 10 oz. broccoli pieces, drained and
uncooked

Combine flour, 1/2 can soup and milk to make soft dough. Pat into greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Spread ham, mushrooms and onions over dough. Combine remaining soup, pepper and milk and pour over mixture. Top with broccoli pieces and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
