SAUTEED ZUCCHINI 
2 lbs. zucchini
4 tbsp. butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Wash zucchini. Do not peel. Cut into 1/2" thick slices. Saute zucchini with 4 tablespoons butter; add garlic, onion and seasonings. Saute mixture until tender. Makes 6 servings.
