MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. popcorn (popped)
1 stick butter
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. brown sugar

Put all together in microwave for 2 minutes (except popcorn). Bring out and stir. Then 1 minute more in microwave. Then add 1 teaspoon baking soda and stir until foamy.

Pour over popped popcorn in Pam sprayed grocery bag.

Put in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Take out and shake bag. Put back for 1 minute more. Dump into bowl.

DO NOT TOUCH AT FIRST - VERY HOT!!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
