CHILE CON CARNE 
5 green peppers, cut up
5 big onions, cut up
2 cans kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and pepper until soft. Drain kidney beans and put in with onion and pepper. Take 2 pieces of salt pork. Fry a little and take out the salt pork. Scramble the ground beef in the juice. Remove beef and put in with onion, pepper and beans, adding the tomato soup last. Simmer 1/2 hour.
