BOUNTIFUL BEAN SOUP 
2 c. "Full of Beans" mix
2 qts. water
1 bay leaf
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes (whole, undrained)
8 oz. jar mild picante sauce
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Wash beans well and soak overnight in large pan with 2 quarts water. In the morning, cover pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand an hour. Add remaining ingredients; cook slowly all day, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf before serving. Top with Parmesan cheese.
