ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
Seeds from pumpkin
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Wash seeds and let dry a few minutes. Spread seeds in shallow baking pan. In small saucepan melt butter, Worcestershire sauce and salt together. Pour mixture over seeds and stir.

Roast in 250 degree oven for about 1 hour. Stir 2 or 3 times to prevent sticking. Cool. Store in a covered glass jar.
