SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
8 oz. Wishbone Russian salad dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix
10 oz. jar apricot preserves
4 whole chicken breasts, boned & halved

Combine dressing, soup and jam in small bowl. Place chicken in well-greased shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours. Baste twice. Serve with rice.
