NACHO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk, whole or evaporated
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown hamburger meat; drain. Combine soup, milk and tomatoes in a bowl; set aside. Layer ingredients beginning with hamburger meat, onion, soup mixture, tortilla chips and cheese. Cheese should be the top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
