NACHO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 cans refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. Monterey jack cheese
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. bottled taco sauce
Tortilla chips
Optional garnishes: guacamole, sour cream, onions

Brown meat and onions; drain well and season with salt and cumin. Combine beans and taco seasoning mix; blend well. Add grated Monterey Jack cheese; mix together. Spread beans in shallow oval pan and cover with browned meat and onions. Sprinkle chilies over meat and top with cheddar cheese. Pour taco sauce over cheese. (Dish may be refrigerated at this point.) Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes (until heated). Tuck chips around edge and garnish with sour cream or guacamole or green onion.
