3 c. grated zucchini
1 med. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. flour, heaping
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix ingredients and fry by spoonfuls on greased griddle until brown on both sides.
