ZUCCHINI LOAF | |
1 1/4 c. fork stirred flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts 2 lg. eggs 1/3 c. salad oil 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. shredded firmly packed zucchini 3 tsp. sesame seeds Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in wheat germ and walnuts. at high speed of electric mixer beat together egg, oil and sugar until thickened and foamy. Stir in zucchini. Add flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn into a well oiled and floured 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
