CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage (chopped)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 lb. med. sharp cheese (grated)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. bread crumbs

Cook cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain cabbage. Brown ground beef and drain.

Mix cabbage, beef, sour cream, salt, pepper and 3/4 of the cheese together in a casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and remaining cheese together and sprinkle over cabbage mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
