1 gal. glass jar 4 c. sugar 4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. salt 1 1/4 tsp. celery seed 1 1/4 tsp. mustard seed 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric 3 med. onions, thinly sliced 3 cucumbers, thinly sliced Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Stuff jar with cucumbers. Pour ingredients in over cucumbers and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir 3 to 4 times. Keeps 6 months in refrigerator. Keep juice and reuse.
