KOREAN SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
2 hard-cooked eggs
4 slices bacon
1 c. bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped onion

Combine all dressing ingredients. Clean spinach, dry and put in bowl. Chop eggs and add. Fry bacon and crumble. Add sprouts. Slice water chestnuts and add. Top with dressing. May not need all the dressing.
