APPLE CRISP PARFAITS 
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

In 8"x8"x2" baking pan, combine oats, brown sugar and butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. (Mixture will be soft.) Cool and crumble. Stir together pie filling and cinnamon; divide mixture among 8 parfait glasses. Top with slightly softened ice cream and the crumbled oat mixture.
