SHELLS WITH 3 CHEESES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lg. shell macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. frozen peas
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
Paprika

Prepare macaroni. Melt butter. Stir in flour until blended. Add milk and cook until slightly thickened and smooth. Stir in frozen peas and cook until tender. Stir in cheeses and cook until cheese melts. Toss cheese sauce with macaroni and sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
