CHICKEN IN CHEESE SHELL 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
4 to 5 tbsp. cold water

Make cheese pastry shell of first 5 ingredients adding 1/3 cup of cheese. Save rest for top. Bake in pie plate. Cool. 1 (9 oz.) or 1 c. pineapple tidbits (drained) 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. sour cream 2/3 c. salad dressing 1/2 c. sliced celery

Combine chicken, pineapple, nuts and celery. Blend sour cream and mayonnaise and use only 2/3 cups. Add to chicken and spoon into pastry shell. Top with remaining sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Good Luncheon.
