V - 8 JUICE 
1 pkg. tomatoes
5 carrots
5 ribs celery
5 onions
2 tbsp. parsley
2 lg. green peppers
Salt
Pepper
Sugar

Wash and core and slice tomatoes in quarters. Chop carrots, onions, celery and pepper; add to tomatoes with parsley. Cook until tomatoes are soaked to pieces and other vegetables are tender.

Press through a sieve then put juice back on stove. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Let come to a boil a few minutes. Jar and seal.
