PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH CAKE 
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. water
Pinch salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Bring oats, water, and salt to a boil and cool. Mix rest of ingredients and add to cooled mixture. Put into 13 x 9 inch pan. Add topping and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
