CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
1 chicken, cooked
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, as desired
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans crescent rolls

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of milk

Beat cream cheese, butter, and milk. Chop up chicken. Add to mixture. Add onions and celery. Pinch two crescent triangles together to make a square. Put chicken mixture on each square and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Heat soup and milk, spoon over the top of each roll up just before serving.
