PEARADISE LIME-LIGHT SALAD 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (No. 3) can pear halves
1 (3 oz. pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
1 c. syrup (from pears)
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot pear syrup. Add water and lemon juice; chill until slightly thickened. Stir in cottage and Cheddar cheeses and celery. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart loaf pan. Chill until firm.
