ORANGE SALAD 
STEP 1:

1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
3/4 c. pecans

Mix Jello and pineapple according to directions. Allow to congeal. Sprinkle half of the chopped nuts over Jello and completely congeal.

STEP 2:

2 env. Dream Whip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar

Let cream cheese soften. Mix Dream Whip according to directions. Blend cream cheese with Dream Whip. Add sugar. Spread over congealed Jello and return to refrigerator.

STEP 3:

1 c. pineapple juice (if not enough juice add water to make 1 c.)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Cook in double boiler until thick. Chill thoroughly. When cool spread over Jello and Dream Whip. Sprinkle the remaining chopped nuts over sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is really better if made a couple of days before serving.
