POPCORN CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts 1-2 tbsp. Cajun powder Basmati rice 1/2 cup vegetable oil Batter chicken breasts with a cooks knife and cut up into tiny bits, roughly. Put into a frying pan with the oil and stir over medium heat. Before the chicken has whitened shake on Cajun powder to taste. Leave cooking until well done and crispy black (looks burnt but tastes perfect). Serve on a bed of Basmati rice with garnishes. Submitted by: Alastair McDowell |
