CHEESE SOUP 
2 c. broth
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
2 c. cream (or milk)
4 or 5 oz. Brie cheese
Chives

Saute chopped onions and celery. Add broth and Brie. Puree; add cream or milk. Simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped chives.
