BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. dried baby limas
1 onion, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
Salt to taste
4 strips bacon (browned and cut up, and use grease)
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. molasses

Wash and soak beans in water overnight, drain. Cover with water, add onion and cook till tender (about 45 minutes to 1 hour). Put beans in casserole, saving liquid and add to beans, sugars, soup, bacon and salt. Mix all together, add saved liquid to cover beans. Dribble molasses over top to cover. Bake at 320 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, adding bean liquid if necessary. (Don't use pressure cooker to cook beans.) Serves 6 to 8.
