CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange or apricot Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Drain fruit, reserving liquid; add water to liquid to make 1/2 cup. Combine Jello and boiling water in blender. Cover and blend at low speed until dissolved. Add measured liquid, cream cheese and mayonnaise; cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruit. Spoon into individual dishes or large mold and chill for 2 hours. Unmold. Double recipe for larger molds.
