1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. ripe olives
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. Doritos, crushed
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. chopped mushrooms

Brown the meat and onions, drain off fat. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with Doritos. Cover with meat and taco seasoning. Continue layering the remaining ingredients over the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
