PORK AND BROCCOLI ORIENTAL 
1 lb. boneless pork in cubes
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 3/4 oz. chicken gravy mix (dry)
1 c. water
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed

Brown pork in oil; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir gravy mix and 1 cup water; stir in broccoli. Cover again and simmer 10 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. Serve with rice.
