NO FAIL PIE CRUST 
5 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. Crisco shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
Water

Take 2 knives and cut together flour, salt and Crisco; set aside. Put egg in a 1 cup measuring cup, add vinegar and mix. Fill up with water. Mix and add to flour mixture. Mix well. Makes 5 balls of dough.
