MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY SWEET POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. sweet potatoes (I used canned, drained)
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned milk
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Add topping.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix topping ingredients over heat. Serve over sweet potatoes and return to oven 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
