BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 bunch broccoli (or 2 pkgs. frozen)
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. powdered marjoram
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. additional cheese

Cook broccoli until almost tender; drain and arrange in shallow baking dish. Saute onion in butter; blend in seasonings and flour, then stir in milk until smooth and thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted.

Pour sauce over broccoli; sprinkle with paprika and additional cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until browned.
