SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ROLL 
3 oz. herbed cream cheese
4 flour tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
2 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
8 fresh spinach leaves, shredded
1 container alfalfa sprouts
Sliced ripe olives (optional)

Spread herbed cream cheese onto each tortilla. Add avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, spinach and sprouts, also ripe olives. Make into 4 rolls. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Serve with salsa. Serves 4. This can be a nice lunch served with fruit and hot bread.
