APPLE-CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. unpeeled, red apples
2 c. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water

TOPPING:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts

Grease bottom and sides of square or oblong 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Spread apples over bottom. Top with cranberries. sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with water. For topping, mix melted butter, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and nuts. Sprinkle evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees until top is lightly brown, 50-60 minutes.
