CALICO BEANS 
1/4 lb. bacon, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can green baby lima beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can Boston style pork & beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained

Cook and drain bacon, brown onion in bacon drippings and set aside. Discard drippings. Brown beef, drain fat. Combine beef, bacon and onion with remaining ingredients; mix well. Put in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in slow oven (300 degrees) about 1 1/2 hours. 6 to 8 servings.
