APPLE CRISP 
3 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. water
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter

Fill buttered baking dish (pie plate) until coating apples, sliced thin. Cover with sugar, water and cinnamon. Mix in a bowl the sugar, flour and butter, mix with fork and form crumbs; put over apples. Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until crisp. Top with whipped cream.
