2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. canned pumpkin 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1 c. oil 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) FROSTING: 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 7 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar Combine dry ingredients. Combine other ingredients and add dry mixture. Put into ungreased 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan or 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frost cool bars. |
