FILLING: 2 sm. cans pumpkin (15 oz. or 4 c.) or 1 (29 oz.) can 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. canned evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pumpkin spice or (1 tsp. nutmeg & 1 tsp. cinnamon) |
