SPINACH PESTO 
1/2 lb. fresh spinach leaves
20 fresh basil leaves
3 tsp. fresh parsley leaves
3/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
4 garlic cloves
8 oz. tomato sauce
3/4 c. olive oil
Fresh pepper to taste

Puree above ingredients in a food processor. Heat a little and toss over cooked pasta.
