FAT-FREE CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Karo (light or dark)
3 egg whites

Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir in corn syrup and egg white until blended (dough will be thick and slightly sticky). Drop by rounded teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes or just until set (cookies will be soft when pressed). Do not overbake. Cool on rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.

I love this recipe. I just had my gallbladder taken out and its hard to digest fats right now. This recipe was perfect for my chocolate cravings. I also added a little bit of nutmeg and put some non fat chocolate frozen yogurt between two of them to make a delicious dessert.

Amazing. I made them in different sizes. I made then in the two bite size and in a normal cooking size. They are soft sweet and yummy to eat. I altered it so that I made chocolate chip cookies though. :)
