CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips mini morsels
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in bananas. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating until blended. Stir in mini morsels and walnuts. Spoon batter into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick when inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely.
