MOLDED WALDORF SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange segments
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 med. apple, diced
1 med. banana, sliced
1/4 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
Salad greens

Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in orange segments (with syrup), pineapple (with syrup), apple, banana and nuts. Pour into 5-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on salad greens.
