2 (2-3 lb.) chickens, cut into serving pieces
2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom caps, drained
4 medium tomatoes, quartered
4 bay leaves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
2 envelopes onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in one layer of large pan; place mushrooms, tomatoes, and bay leaves on top. Combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, basting occasionally, 1 hour until fork tender.
